Founder of Brown5 Athletics

Rodney Brown was the former co-owner of Pick 6 Sports. Pick 6 Sports was the largest NFL Flag league in the pacific northwest. He along with his business partner sold the company to Gridiron with Rodney serving a 3-year term. After completing his 3-year contract, he decided to continue his commitment to the community thus his founding of Brown 5 Athletics.

Growing up in Harlem, NY during the 70s and 80s, Rodney learned at an early age that life is what you make it. He wants to bring that vision to our youth today regardless of their background.

Brown 5 Athletics represents the Brown family. Rodney, Kris, and their 3 children (two boys and 1 girl). They have been apart of the Renton/Issaquah community for 17 years. Both boys played football at a young age through high school. His daughter cheer for the youth football club. Rodney coach both youth tackle football and flag football before starting Pick 6 Sports. Kris worked on the board for 5 Star football as the fundraiser and was team mom for 7 years.

The family goals have and will always be to serve the community, giving kids the opportunity they that would not be available otherwise.
