10:00am - 10:15am: Check in
10:15am - 10:30am: Dynamic warmups

FIVE POSITIONAL STATIONS FUNDAMENTALS

Quarterback
Running Back
Center
Corner/Defensive back
Wide Receiver

Each station is 10 minutes - water breaks are included

11:30am - 11:50am: Scrimmage
11:50am - 11:55am: Relay
11:55am - 12;00pm: Q&A


Trainees are grouped by grade. (1&2, 3&4, 5&6 7&8 grade, High School)
