How Groups Work
5 groups, rotating together
Groups 1–5
15 min per station
Players are divided into 5 groups. Each rotation, all 5 groups move simultaneously — one group is always at the water break station while the others run drills. After 5 rotations, everyone comes together for the relay race finale.

Every drill is designed for all skill levels — first-timers and returning players alike. Our coaches will group kids appropriately and keep every rep fun, safe, and encouraging. If you have questions on the day, find any of our coaches on the field.
